At all times we focus on providing personal and social care to the highest standard. We provide quality services for Service Users by caring, competent, well trained staff in a homely atmosphere.
Our homes operate on a 24-hour rota as care is a full time need. We aim to provide an excellent standard of care at all times.
To achieve this, we've put in place a staff development programme, starting with recruiting staff who share our values and are willing to adopt a person centred approach within the service.
Our training policy actively encourages all staff to continue to improve their skills, enabling us all to raise our standard far above expectations.
Meals will be carefully prepared by our cooks and, where necessary, advice will be taken from a nutritionist to ensure meals are as interesting and varied as possible. Services users are offered choices each day and special diets including vegetarian will be catered for.
Snacks and drinks are available 24 hours a day.
We try to source fresh, locally grown produce and insist on the highest quality.
Mealtimes are a great time to socialise - whether its with other service users or visiting friends and family. Our dining rooms are laid out to make it easy to have a chat while enjoying the food.
Arrangements can be made for visits to the doctor, chirpodist, optician, physiotherapists and nurse whenever required.
Laundry and dry cleaning services are regularly availble in the Homes.
All of our Homes have a hairdresser who visits regularly and any Service User can request this service from the hairdresser. There will be a seperate charge for this service.
